Heh, I've found a £50 note once was all rolled up; twas outside the police station in one of those mini roll-up keyring things. I handed it in.

Being the only person to voluntarily do the 1500m in our form, killed but was worth it!

During my time at a secondary school (year 7 - 13) we did cross country ever year. Non-voluntary but still did it, the course was 3km as the name suggests; it was muddy and was done in the winter. Did a 5km run for charity in year 9.

Learning to walk again and not giving up even though I wanted to so badly.  That is something I am proud of.  Let's see what else.  I used to walk for cancer charity events as well to raise money.  I have always believed in giving to the homeless as well.  Mine are poor in comparison to others I am sure.

I've done a walk for Asthma, did volunteer work for food banks and cleaned up my local beach more times than I can count.

But I think it's the most satisfying with the little things like holding doors open for the elderly. :3

Respect in general is very pleasant to both give and receive, I am courteous to pretty much everyone (atleast I try to be anyway; you can't please them all :/).
